Just got DIF90 installed few days ago, tm guys came to installed fibre follow by digi guy installed router, so it is using tm infra.
The router brand is zte and surprisingly wifi signal strength is quite good, no problem covering both lower and upper floor. Speed test show 48mbps dl and 18mbps ul only unable to hit full 50/20.
Anyway it is suffice for my usage now. 2 persons using it to work from home , no problem using company vpn connect for works, MS Team meeting is smooth, phone, youtube, and some lite pc games also no problem. So far encountered one time no network but it resolved after restart the modem.
I don't use p2p, torrent, and tvbox, so can't comment much on this area. Overall it is quite a value package for sub 100.

Agree, especially consider RM89 for 30mbps and this DIF 90. Btw when they did speed test after install also cannot hit 50mbps/20mbps? This is saddest thing happen to broadband provider under TM's infra. We as consumer just want as stated in the package, nothing more nothing less.

Ya, even the technician also couldn't hit 50/20. Guess it is due to my area is too congested, I can see almost every neighbour houses are connected to the same tm fibre point.

Thanks for the review. scheduling for installation next wednesday, but until now haven get call from digi. maybe public holiday

Already ask salesperson at Digi store. They give me discount rm15 from total bill because I'm postpaid user.

When you apply for it?

In my case, I applied thru digi website on last Thursday night, and get dg call on Saturday to confirm the appointment. So it took 2 days to get the response. Then they came to install on Monday. I would say the whole process is quite fast.

I applied through the website this wednesday haven receive the call until now. Maybe cuz thurday is public holiday. I think I will wait until Monday to call them .

Dont apply through website if you are transferring from another isp. Vomit blood. Digi damn noob.

I applied on 14th, call me 10days later telling me to go maxis get transfer id. Manatau go maxis and they said I should get transfer id from digi to pass to maxis to facilitate transfer. Then I called digi back, after 3days received reply application rejected, and ask me to walk in to apply again.

Digi is really stupid, and cant train their staff properly.

Application cancelled. Digi call centre is noob, Digi express store said cant proceed since not registered with them, ask me go Digi Store...

Maybe I will wait next year and see if there are any better plan. Saw someone in Unifi thread said Unifi got offer 50Mbps if upgrade from Streamyx. Will go there and ask if real.

I found internet plan ridiculous when network provider like TM can provide unlimited usage for better price
