aiman04,mind to share how's ur EQ setting ( i know different room, speaker matching will give diff result ) but since i dun have the SPL meter to calibrate everything, maybe can use ur setting as a reference and test test water in my 876

like mentioned earlier, i found some improvement after the auto calibrate, now feeling itchy to manually calibrate the EQ,all this while i'm using DynamicEQ or EQ XT.
thanks in advance ya

I do have an SPL meter, but I don't have the test tones CD to properly calibrate all the frequencies.
So I just adjust the EQ while listening to a music, and adjusts until it sounds the best to my ears. You have to do it yourself, because what's best to my ears may not necessarily be the same with others, especially with different sets of speakers.
To me, when it's good with music, it will sound good with movies too. I listen to music 60% of the time.
If you can get a music CD with variety of instruments played then that would be the best. There's somewhere online where you can buy this test tones CD, or maybe download it.
