I was told yes payment to government are eligible for this EiPlan.
I asked Affin's CSA last month this as I was going to pay city hall's rates and assessment. But in the end I used the Hong Leong AA card for 12 months 0% as it was just past my HL statement date.

CS said he thinks it's not eligible although he didn't seem very certain.

sorry can u explain abit more on this im confused regarding RM3080 amount to bring forward... u need to maintain balance of RM3080 monthly to get RM80 CB max or RM1666.67 to get RM50 Max cashback? we cannot swipe rm3k++ and do full settlement each month to get cashback?

lastly, is rm80 CB max total or rm80 max per each category ie Ewallet / Online / Autobilling?

RM 80 is total per month/statement, not each category

first month credit card can get RM80? i heard people said first month just can get RM50 only
