Tried to reload to grabpay and able to successfully reload as well so I don't think the card got blocked. Even called affin twice they mention card was not blocked. And no transaction found from bigpay and to check further with bigpay.

your advance/excess payment reduced the statement balance
then rebate reduces it further till <3000
then next month's cb would be capped to RM50

just need to monitor your account frequently if you are expecting refunds or payments

asked. cannot terminate either card.

for sst rebate, no offer. but asked me to call back after sst charged to the card.

my own card's SST coming on 20th (estimation).

the other principal duo charged SST on 17th (as shared this morning).... will call CS tomorrow instead.

talked to CS just now

the sst "waiver" on rewards mastercard is a "promo" rebate this year.

they still wont offer sst rebate for visa cashback, even with possibility of spend condition.

yeah, when CS mentioned this "promo", i asked for how long this promo will run. CS said this year.

anyway, keep trying/asking every year lor. many things can change.

blue highlights: same lor. "cashback will reflect on 18nov..." = cashback counted as 18nov lor

green highlights: 3080 already posted on 14 Sep (in the statement) = no cashback but statement balance already >3k

orange highlights: you should still spend 3080 between 15sep-14oct in order to achieve ≥3k statement balance as of 14oct mah (to qualify 80 cb next cycle).

red highlights: you will only get 1 cashback per statement cycle, which is 80 cb (carry-forwarded cb for your 3080 tnb payment)

possible but not for casual requst5. they have retention offer if you want to cancel the card .

I got it for my Affin VS but I was ready to cancel the card anyway.

use this method if you have no use of the card.

else, just pay rm25 la since monthly rm80 cb is reasonably achievable.
