For those registered for Affin Online, do you immediately see both credit cards in internet banking? I just activate the cards and activate internet banking today but I can't find both cards in the Affin Online. I was told the cards will appear in Affin Online tomorrow. Not sure how true is this....

i just back from registering online banking.

1) fill form: name, ic, mobile number, sign, verify thumbprint using mykad.
2) staff fill in one of the card number (pre-registration)
3) staff register into system
4) leave branch. reach home, perform new registration using card number (pre-registered at branch) + card PIN (during activation)
5) setup the login etc etc. TAC sent to mobile number.
6) login and check details. card info not available yet. will wait tomorrow to be reflected.

I picked up my cards last week from a branch. I asked about creating an online account and I was told everything can be done online.

I failed to do it today. I called the CS and the CS asked me to go to the branch again to create an online account.

It's so frustrating.
