Hi Lefty...Would you be able to advice or provide some ideas if a walk-in or walk-through wardrobe with a small dresser area can be built within the master bedroom itself? The length is about 14ft and width is about 13ft

Hi Lefty,

Soon I will start my renovation and I'm opting for an all black or at least dark them of kitchen design, eye-ing a grey/black granite sink at this moment but unfortunately couldnt find any decent KC photos, most of them paired with white top.
And im plan to have 4g top and base.

Do you have any reference or ideas to share?

It is possible to put in queen size bed,8 ft wardrobe and 160cmW x60cm D computer table(if possible) for this layout? the red line is the aircond pre allocated by the developer.

Hi Lefty, thank you for the reply.
Ya I did some googling and unfortunately majority of them are both wall and base units made of melaime.
Do you have something like 4g top or maybe 4g top and bottom design?

You may find the drafted design as attached, there will be only wall unit beside the entrance.

Hi theproblemkid,

It is abit of a fresh design . You may opt for some cover at the walk in L shape cabinet there so that dust won't accumulate at the clothes.

We design in such is mainly because we don't want to block the window of the room so that your room won't feel so glommy.

Actually there is another option is to make walk in wadrobe nearer to toilet but that will block out your entire window. That's y we don't propose it. Just FYI only

Hi Lefty (I'm a lefty too 😂)

May I know if you cover work in KL? Also, I would appreciate some input regarding the sofa size for my living room. I'm thinking to get a L-shape sofa with the "long" side near the balcony. However, I'm not sure about the length of the sofa - should I go with 9ft or 8ft? (Length in picture attached is in cm)

Hi aty88,

I will say go for option A with some comment as below . Drop the option B, option A is better option

You may place some chair and table at the balcony for some evening high tea or book readings too !

Thank you. I decided not to put TV in the room. And because of the air cond, I will consider this Option C (based on your design). I have some questions as below.

Which bed orientation is better? Option C or D?

This is Option D

Hi, i am looking for black out curtain for my living room. Size of my sliding door is 2800(w) x 2400(h), what size of curtain should i get? According to online curtain retailer, the curtain size recommended is 2800(w) x 2600(h) x 2 pieces for my sliding door, should i follow this?

Instead of curtain, can i use zebra blind, 2 x 1500(w) x 2440(h) zebra blind?

Option C better. Bed facing toilet door not so good. In addition, you have better view from bed to balcony. You can put some plants in the balcony

Hi justastudent,

I just nickname lefty. Hahah. Yes we do cover work in KL.
I recommend 8ft for the sofa. 9ft will make it look narrow.

Thank you
