the plaster ceiling price could start from RM4.80 per sqft, and its depends on ceiling height too.  However, I suggest you to check with your contractor on the specs they given, for example the thickness of plaster board etc. Normally we will use for 9mm thickness for the plaster board.

For built-in item, the price will vary depending on the materials carpenter use, there are different type of timber and brands of laminates to use for built-in items. For wardrobe (base on height 3000mm), its RM800 - RM1050 per foot run, & depending on materials use too.
