Do u do outdoor garden design?

I have a 300sqft tiled backyard.... I was thinking of buying some WPC deck, and small stones/rocks and add some potted plant...

Hi. Thanks for offering your help. I'm looking at a 1,700 sq ft condominium unit (around 12 years old) for around RM600k. It's going to be for my own stay for at least the next 10 years.

Since you are staying for quite a long period in it and 1700sqft seems quite ok for long term stay, I will say you will probably need about RM200k max for everything inclusive of furniture, appliances , airconds and etc. Maybe you want to reroute your piping to prevent leaking in future.
But rest assured that you will love you home and may even don't want to move out in future 😜
