Suddenly today, I got asked to verify my TnG eWallet again. Weird.

Bought RM12.40 at 7e just now.
My main TnG: RM0.10 as expected
Another wallet: RM1.40

So should I call and ask them about it? Or just sign up more TnG accounts to make up for it?

Same here. Called TnG. After talking with L1 support about the definition of random, manage to get it escalated. Even got a report number.

Anything from RM5 to RM300. My main wallet will always get RM0.10 for those instant cashbacks. Other non-instant cashbacks like Bill Payment promo from last month are OK.

Today RM574 printer purchase @ ALLIT cashback RM0.77.

After my initial call to them in the afternoon, last Friday night they called me back and said will look into it. Haven’t heard from them since.

Still getting 0.10 for my main. Just paid RM24.80 at MyNews.

Same thing happened to me at KK a week ago. TnG deducted but nothing in their POS. Since I’m a regular, the cashier just took photos of the transaction in my TnG app. 2 days later, I asked and he said everything was OK.

Next time try Boost. Haven't been using it much since I topup my TnG with Shopee coins.

I used to during 20x points time. Bought AppleTV, received 20000 points. Nowadays it's TnG because of Shopee coins.

Kids 2 wallets received the RM7 cashback. As did 3 dupes. However my main 10sen wallet did not. I guess it’s really banned.

Anyone with 10sen wallets, did you receive the RM7?

My main wallet, 10 sen, since Ultimate Cashback, Ketupat Runtuh and 1 more campaign. Cannot abandon since it's also my RFID wallet. So created 3 dupes to make up for it. My kids and wife wallets are all OK. Dunno what happened. All on separate devices. All except dupes are verified.

Shell I didn't try but my 10sen wallet managed to receive Maxis bill RM5 cashback last month but looks like I'm not getting the 7e RM7 cashback.

He's just keeping track of things. I keep track of the cashbacks for 4 legit verified TnG eWallets.

I also have 3 dupes in response to TnG flagging one of my legit eWallets.

In total, I keep track of 7 wallets. However I don't use a spreadsheet.

In my case, I also paid one Maxis bill from 2 wallets. One of the wallets is now RM0.10 but not the other.

Another possibility for the flagging is that I logged into my son's wallet on my phone. His DiGi data wasn't working that day and was refusing to connect to my hotspot.

A third possibility is that I always reload into my main account and transfer to the other 3 wallets.

Anyway no point debating about it here. I've already lodged a report about this. Hope they can fix my main wallet. If not, I'll just keep using it for RFID and my 3 dupes for cashbacks. The 3 dupes are different from the verified wallets mentioned above.
