QUOTE(fxrdxxs @ Sep 18 2019, 08:27 PM) Seems like they rigged their 3x monthly CB d. All distinct transactions only got RM0.10 CB d regardless small or big amount My main wallet is also like that for the last 3 cashback campaigns. But my 3 other family member’s wallets are ok, receiving RM1.70-2.00 cash backs.

Having problems adding MyKad to TnG app. Using 10-digit MfgNo from Watson's topup receipt. That's correct right?
Tried app and also tngportal. Both also say "Invalid Card Serial No"

QUOTE(moonsatelite @ Sep 20 2019, 09:41 PM) MyKad's may only have 9 digits only as their TnG Serial Number, try adding a 0 "Zero" in front of the card number if your MyKad Serial is only 9 digits. If your MyKad Serial is 10 digits then call TnG Customer Care. Thanks, mine is 10 digit. Careline said try again tomorrow as this is the first time the MyKad is being used as TnG. Just did the topup today. Tomorrow see how.

QUOTE(sam240 @ Sep 27 2019, 10:28 PM) I still don't understand why still has people to purchase the reload from Shopee, below is one of the example I found: RM10 sell @ RM10.60 RM20 sell @ RM20.90 RM50 sell @ RM51.50 Let say I purchase RM10 with 5% credit card cash rebate, still more than the amount reloaded. example: RM10.60 - 5% = RM10.07 Just wondering which card or way to get more cash back? Normally I buy RM100 @ RM102 and pay RM76.50 with CC and the rest with coins. But have to work for the coins lah. No free lunch right?

QUOTE(cylee32 @ Sep 29 2019, 11:58 AM) Buy RM 100 at RM 102 and pay RM 76.50, besides coin, what you use for this such big rebate? Just the coins, cause anything under category Topups are excluded from vouchers unfortunately. Sometimes when you buy from a seller and he wants to cancel because OOS or something and you used a nice voucher, you can suggest to him if he can refund to you via bank transfer, TnG or Boost while letting the sale go thru as normal because cancelling a sale as a seller is not good for his record. Plus you don't have to wait for CC to be refunded. I'm sure this is against the rules but Shopee doesn't have to know about it. This post has been edited by soonwai: Sep 29 2019, 10:40 PM

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Sep 30 2019, 01:04 AM) don't think they should take such risk though. what happens if buyer doesn't honor their end of the deal The times I've done this, I wait for the transfer to go thru before I click on "Order Received". It's up to the seller. They still have to ship to me something, Could be just a blank Poslaju flyer. I can, of course, still take photos of the empty parcel and click on refund/return. Obviously you can't do this with your first purchase from the seller. This post has been edited by soonwai: Sep 30 2019, 03:36 AM

QUOTE(nazi2014 @ Sep 30 2019, 03:39 AM) It may not be posibble nowdays because shopee charges 2% for seller. Unless u willing to loose 2% For that you'll have to come to an understanding with the seller. Obviously he's not expecting to lose any money or he'll just cancel the sale.

Had a bit of a scare just now at KK. The Pay QR code would crash the app. Quick check for an app update and download solved it. IOS.

QUOTE(msa9696 @ Oct 18 2019, 04:41 PM) Seems standard reply, they should just inform the date and time allotment finished, so easy for everyone. I didn't ask, but it's very clear it's due to using 2 different tng app (different phone, different owwer) paying to the same mobile postpaid number. Very illogical ways of blacklisting Any advantages of using tng at 7-11? Shopee coins 25%

QUOTE(sms2u @ Oct 30 2019, 03:53 PM) it seems confused, https://www.tngdigital.com.my/faq-list/touc...or-wallet-usageYes. The daily limitations are explained as below: Daily transaction limit to be RM1,000 across all mobile platforms Daily transaction limit to be RM1,000 for all wallet sizes (RM200, RM1500 and RM5000) Daily transaction limit includes the following transactions, where the status is SUCCESSFUL only: In-app payment QR code payment Money transfer to another eWallet user https://tngd-web.oss-ap-southeast-3.aliyunc..._SHEET_v0.3.pdfDaily Transaction Limit Payment: RM3,000 (exclude transportation) Hmm, dunno lah. I called TnG before I went to Switch to buy around RM2500 worth of stuff in one transaction. I think I understand. When seller scan me, it’s not considered as in-app or qrcode payment which have the RM1000 limit. This post has been edited by soonwai: Oct 30 2019, 04:07 PM

QUOTE(gooroojee @ Oct 31 2019, 09:17 AM) When will TnG allow better linking or transfer of cash between the card and the app ? May times I drive past the RFID lane and got error insufficient funds, but my app is linked to my card and this works in other TnG lanes in the reverse manner, except RFID. Why not deduct from my card ? Why can't I also transfer money to and from app and card ? Same company but incompatible products... Last year TnG had a machine that could do that but they took it away after everyone said it was a stupid idea.
