Having problems adding MyKad to TnG app. Using 10-digit MfgNo from Watson's topup receipt. That's correct right?

Tried app and also tngportal. Both also say "Invalid Card Serial No"

Thanks, mine is 10 digit. Careline said try again tomorrow as this is the first time the MyKad is being used as TnG. Just did the topup today. Tomorrow see how.

It's quite new, 2 yrs at most, got lost and re-issued.

Normally I buy RM100 @ RM102 and pay RM76.50 with CC and the rest with coins. But have to work for the coins lah. No free lunch right?

Moo Cow got plenty of RM6 TnG new user vouchers at the cashier.

Just the coins, cause anything under category Topups are excluded from vouchers unfortunately.

Sometimes when you buy from a seller and he wants to cancel because OOS or something and you used a nice voucher, you can suggest to him if he can refund to you via bank transfer, TnG or Boost while letting the sale go thru as normal because cancelling a sale as a seller is not good for his record. Plus you don't have to wait for CC to be refunded. I'm sure this is against the rules but Shopee doesn't have to know about it.

The times I've done this, I wait for the transfer to go thru before I click on "Order Received". It's up to the seller. They still have to ship to me something, Could be just a blank Poslaju flyer. I can, of course, still take photos of the empty parcel and click on refund/return. Obviously you can't do this with your first purchase from the seller.

For that you'll have to come to an understanding with the seller. Obviously he's not expecting to lose any money or he'll just cancel the sale.

Had a bit of a scare just now at KK. The Pay QR code would crash the app. Quick check for an app update and download solved it. IOS.

Hmm, dunno lah. I called TnG before I went to Switch to buy around RM2500 worth of stuff in one transaction.

I think I understand. When seller scan me, it’s not considered as in-app or qrcode payment which have the RM1000 limit.

It's a poster outside 7e Sungai Long. I think they put it up a bit too early. Website still no info.

Last year TnG had a machine that could do that but they took it away after everyone said it was a stupid idea.
