Some like to do that. I don't let them take my phone. I guess he/she caught you by surprise. After awhile the 7e in my place no longer tries to do that.

They seem to be having many problems with their new upgraded CC "security". My wife couldn't reload anymore so she removed her CC and tried to add it again and faced the same page blank page after entering CC details.

A card which I added last week is still OK.

Got a reply from TnG re my main 10sen wallet. Complaining about 10sen got a standard "it's random" reply so I made another complain about not receiving the 7e RM7 cashback.

Very vague. Sounds like their system has detected my eWallet as a dupe. My main is my first TnG wallet since the days when you could pay TNB bills and is also my registered RFID wallet.

Currently in total, I have 4 wallets for 4 family members. And 6 dupes. All on different devices. None of the dupes have been caught yet but they are all quite new having been created recently in response to my 10sen wallet. All 3 wallets and the 6 dupes have received the 7e 7+4+4 cashbacks. The dupes are rarely used for the everyday cashbacks. Reloads are almost always via PIN.

I think my wife's wallet, 2nd oldest and also RFID, may be affected too. She has been getting 10sen cashback lately but she did receive the 7e RM7 so not sure what is going on there. And her wallet is strictly on her phone only.

I always make 4 accounts of everything. Shopee banned all 4 at one time. Reinstated when I told them about the four family members. I started using TnG first followed by my wife mainly bcos of RFID at that time. Then the kids got their wallets. I hope they are not banning based on IP addresses which would be really dumb. Anyway if I lose one RM7 cashback, it's much easier to compensate by creating dupes as opposed to trying to get TnG to sort it out. 2, or 6 in my case, can play at the same game.

Not we much we can do other than reaching out to TnG. But in the meantime, just make 10 or 20 dupes as compensation.

We are all verified. 2 were verified with physical docs due to RFID registration during the initial phase. Still kena 10sen club.

The 6 dupes made recently are still not caught. Which shows that TnG’s system is flawed. They’re flagging the wrong wallets.

You mean like Maxis bill payment? Yes, all 4 family wallets have made payments to the same bill.

My main wallet Oct 2018. First encountered the 10sen club in May 2019 or thereabouts. I think it was the campaign before the Ketupat Runtuh one. So I guess give the dupes a few more months. But the plan is to wipe the phones and get more new user vouchers, when I'm free and if I'm still mad at them. Also to check if they use a flagging feature in IOS which survives a reset & restore.
