For TnG bill payment function, do we get receipt after making the bill payment? Anyone try to pay Astro & Celcom bill b4? How long it took to reflect in the billing acc?

tried astro, immediate reflected in astro portal.

I added PBB card for top up, and then it say I can’t top up due to breach of t&c.

Guys, I tried to pay at Guardian just now. Tried 3 times also failed.
After cashier scanned my barcode, it triggers for TAC input. Before I could key in the TAC, cashier POS has already errored out.
Any idea why?

Cashier probably didn't follow the instructions properly...

One less step, the transaction wouldn't go through, just like what I experienced for the first time when they just started accepting Boost.

They said previous customers who use TnG e-wallet no problem.
I had confirmed with them that they know how to use and accept it.

Anyone knows how the KFC 20% discount works? When I paid at KFC they charged me full price for a snack plate. Is it supposed to be 20% discount when pay? Or pay full price and the discount is a cash back like Shell promo?

The amount you pay/deducted form TnG is the discounted amount. Tried it yesterday.

Is allow to queue again to enjoy 2nd or 3rd 20% discount?
Or limit to on discount per TnG account?

Yesterday I bought 4 snack plates. The cashier said can do all in one go but I was worried that might not work because TnC said 1 per transaction. End up I insisted on 4 separate transactions. All 4 got 20% discount.

Maybe you change the drink. According to the T&C:
The snack plate combo consists of 2 pieces of chicken, 1 coleslaw ®, 1 butterscotch bun, 1 whipped potato ® and Pepsi Black ®

Nope, I have emailed and FB them see what they say. I think to be safe next time I would advice straight to up bigger amount, I test few small amount frequently and can’t top up already. Unlike boost can top up frequently without error.
