Just to confirm purchase rm50 reload pin also entitled rm5 free pin right?

I went to caring n buy rm20. They only print rm20 pin for me and no print free rm5. They said don't know n ask me call TNG careline

I bought at 6:09pm. I asked why didn't print rm5 for me, the caring cashers just keeping say ' Tak tau! Tak tau!'

The $5 is on the same piece of receipt--its right at the bottom. If there's really nothing there, guess, maybe no more $5. I think each of the merchant have their own quota--eg: Caring have own quota, Watson have own quota etc.

Caring is quite sneaky... still printing the reload pin without the RM5 at the bottom!
Watson at least informed that it is sold out... buyer be aware...

Can always go to the ewallet Merchants and ask if they still have the Activate Voucher which comes with complementary rm8 reload. I got it from Giant few days ago.

I presume the staff also not aware that the free RM5 no longer available
