Look for those app locker.

You can to login in your ProtonLink App ? The QR code is always on the main menu after login.

Else I will recommend you login manually on your HU, rmb.. the phone no. always start with the 601XXXXXXXX.

Agreed with ycs ,my 1st time maybe 30mins needed for installation, and 2nd time onwards maybe need only 15-20mins. (installed for my mom X50 too).

For tuning , you could also try to learn tune it on your first. Youtube is there to teach.
You probably need a good hear, audio file suitable for tuning use (I use white noise only) and then a good mic to pickup the frequency (I'm using Ipad Pro). Last a laptop for tuning.

Simple work around I learned/or using as follows:-

Assuming all your speakers all from factory (no mixing in positive and negative in the cabling) then no need to check for polar. {ignore this if cant follow, you don't need to).
1.
Set the centre of stage where you will be listening. Make adjustments by measuring distance between you and each speaker group. Most DSP allows you to key in the distance or delay in milliseconds (ms).
2.
Set your HU to flat output (minimum or no equaliser effect) to avoid any frequencies being filtered by HU.

Now repeats this for each speaker.
3.
I play white noise and using my Ipad Pro to pick the dsp frequencies. If you DSP is 31 channels please also look for app that can display 31 channels.
4.
From the white noise, you should get a reasonably flat line across all the frequency pickup by the good mic (my Ipad), if certain frequency is too low or too high try to adjust in the dsp program.
5.
To adjust, 1st try to filter the frequency according to the type of speakers that you having and you will wanted to limit the frequency range in each speaker.
Why? each speaker are designed to work in specific range, beyond the range may damage your speaker (if no hardware/capacitor filter there) and importantly with limited frequency range, the speaker can produce more accurate sound, example tweeter or front speaker dont like frequency below 5khz range and rear speakers don't like anything more than 16 or 20kHz range.
6.
Once you get the reasonably flat on those frequencies, try to tune all speakers have to similar output level not that front too soft or back too loud.
7.
Fine tuning on the speakers to your liking , for instance your like a more treble on front or back speakers or more bass or soft base or mid for vocal. (remember the rules, your speaker works better when given limited frequency range and work better in their destinated freq range.

Coming to subwoofer installation it was easier than I tot.
I don't have the right tool that thin and strong enough to pull the power cable from battery to the subwoofer , so I ended paying rm150 for accessories shop in Penang Island to help pull the cable and also get a nice RCA cables connected between the dsp and subwoofer.
Since my subwoofer have a very flat output, no tunning was needed for my subw. Just level adjust from the subw control itself.

Install openhiddensettings apk that will open android native settings menu.
Then goto notification to disable/block notification HUR from keep popup.

You notification for message will still come from your Android Auto.
See the bell icon at the left or right depends on your setting.

From my side muncheno already help to downgraded few of the X50 owners those in Penang and Ipoh area during my weekends.
This goes same for xeon1989 in Melaka.

Unfortunately, the downgrade will only works X50 FS & premium users only. We still do not have the GKUI19 files needed for Standard/Executive at the moment.

So on coming 31-Aug, I still have one more user in my list, I will arrange with him either on 31-Aug or one of the weekend when I'm free.
This goes for Xeon1989, you have to PM him directly if you would need his assistance to help, he also can help when he is available.

Don't use screwdriver.
use 50sen coin is better to prevent damaging the cap.

After opened the 2 screws in the gloves box, then you can use screwdriver for the rest screws to open the cover to access to the wiring and IHU.

Have tried the sideload Atlas version 1.03?
If the not mistaken Altas and Proton Link apps, can't use on those phone that already updated with latest Google security.

ACO Tech screw up again, thus they only provide all on google drive for users to update manually.

why go update to Atlas ?

Extract the .20 files into your phone root folder\CAR_DSP\

It should look like this:-
/storage/emulated/0/CAR_DSP/CH6 backup 20220320.20
/storage/emulated/0/CAR_DSP/CH6 without subwoofer.20

Then use your phone app - CAR DSP Pad to load those file.
In order to run the CAR DSP Pad, make sure you are connected to the DSP WIFI.

Audexon D1680, muncheno audio tuning profile.
Default X50 FS speakers, DSP D1680, center of stage - driver seat, subwoofer - Blaupunkt GTr 130 A.

If I remember correctly both profile should be more or less the same.
I may have added slight more bass on the without subwoofer version.

Where you from?
A quick swap with another DSP from another x50 will know if harness or DSP issue.

But I suspected also harness, maybe you didn't connect it properly/not tight.

Also possible, you have pin shorted, which can be dsp problem.

I totally disagreed with your statement that Android natively does not support USB, I think you are using IOS for too long.

Then again, welcome your opinion here on performance limitation and you can have your own choice for not install anything.

1) Noobs mode -Default mode will run a check, download the apks and install apks wtih a simple progress dsiplay - few apps still finalizing the list of apks.
2) Experts mode - come with options and terminal alike display to - unhide / hide sideloaded apps, uninstall all sideloaded apps, ADB mode, EngineerMode and similar function to Xeon1989 v.075
3) Fallback mode if no internet connection (example coolray)- local mode to run your own script - done.sh

If too many users, I will still look for help/suggestion to wget cmd running from faster server.

Can PM me if you are staying in Penang.

The manual refer to ACO Tech trigger in their server for the map update. It required user the open Proton Navigation to detect and download the map.

Again this process should be automatic, but somehow ACO Tech screw up again.
