i own 2 honda cars ok je all this while.

never had driveshaft problem with my 2017 BRV.
never had fuel pump problem/ DCT transmission problem with my early 2018 city hybrid .

i drove accordingly and not treating my cars like some super tank / super racing car on the road.
i bawak ikut speed limit.
if want to overtake, i would speed up 0.5 more km/h (110 + 0.5 = 110.5km/h) to overtake the car ahead and comeback to the lane safely.

those people on the group are n00bs!

In every assembly there will always be faulty units. Theres no way everything come out perfect. The challenge is to lower the number of faulty ones. Its near impossible to have 0 faults. If they are confident there are 0 defects, no need give out warranty 😓. The existence of warranty is due to these defects.

Maybe u got a good unit, lucky u, but doesnt mean there are no units with defects out there.

Honda Global is good, except Honda Malaysia. This one f up big time and become like UMW Toyota of the past. Now UMW Toyota is better Honda Malaysia.

All sue sini sana about slander, defame bla bla bla....
Padahal nk takutkan orang....

I think many cases already in kopitiam.
All sembang sue sini sana, police report, LOD,.....
Last2 kencing pon tarak.

Usually wont naik court unless keep posting and not willing to backdown.

On a side note, the one that complain usually very bad in communication, and hence not able to get the support he needed.
Customer 1: Apa ranciao, semua barang rosak, bila mau ganti? CB aku bayar ribu2 tau? ko ingat duit dari langit ke?

And the complaint usually aim randomly and not able to use the right words.
Corporate people/customer service are afraid of certain words. It must be polite but with devastating effect.

Maybe just a figurehead, makes you think it is led by a Japanese, but day-to-day operations is another f up team.

No quality monitoring on sales and will never reprimand their dealers even when they cheat their customers, especially with the HIP insurance. Dealer salesman usually market HIP to customer but salesman go other register with another insurance company and get all the commission himself, and still able to f up on the insurance registration as well. Low quality salesman are aplenty in Honda who don't know what they are selling and follow proper procedures.

All due to incompetent leadership and monitoring of Honda Malaysia with their dealer network.
