Legal case can take years and years

it depends on which party has more bottomless pit of money to last

because whoever who losses the case, has to pay up plus interests and the other party punya legal fees some more.

Of course. Honda is not saying that what the guy did is illegal. Honda is threatening legal action against him. If he don't want to back down, likely Honda's lawyers will start defamation proceedings against him then he needs to spend time and his own money to hire lawyers to defend. Most people probably won't want to fight so they will back down.

That guy should address his problems directly to Honda Service Malaysia.

If still no action taken to solve it, find and look form big shot Honda Malaysia email and cc to them.

If still no response, will inform those Malaysia Honda, will bring this matters to Honda Hq.

It works for me last time but not Honda lar.
