Sounds more like Honda management trying to fool this group admin that doesn't know law intimidating him to remove the group. But leceh. People working day and night dont have the capacity to play this games. If they kena sue they need to pay for lawyer.

These are people who buy Hondas, how can they afford good lawyers to fight against Honda Malaysia? Then after they won, all they get is to keep the group open. The best course of action is to just comply with the LOD

a false statement to public is defamatory.

layman who does not have technical knowledge sometimes make wrong assumption. thats why it very easy for a layman to cross that defamation line.
