how ironic... the lod just shows how incapable honda malaysia is handling complaints which means they just tarnish their own reputation even more

You can send letter for posts here also what.
If go to court maybe don't win.
But most people would not want to waste money and time going to court.

So after buying a product, we cannot complain about the product faults? Unless what he is saying is false, I don't see how is that wrong?

Ideally biz donwan customer badmouth obviously. Go complain proper channel. But yeah what this LOD thingy these day, we should have freedom to complain and have a group to discuss.
