All sembang sue sini sana, police report, LOD,.....
Last2 kencing pon tarak.
Usually wont naik court unless keep posting and not willing to backdown.
On a side note, the one that complain usually very bad in communication, and hence not able to get the support he needed.
Customer 1: Apa ranciao, semua barang rosak, bila mau ganti? CB aku bayar ribu2 tau? ko ingat duit dari langit ke?
And the complaint usually aim randomly and not able to use the right words.
Corporate people/customer service are afraid of certain words. It must be polite but with devastating effect.
