There's a drone shot in my post above that has nearly top-down view of the 8th floor facilities deck.

If able to extrapolate that against nearby buildings/structures, can make a reasonable educated guess of the distance between the two blocks.

My past guess based on past Google Satellite view of the site is anywhere between 25m to 40m, from the facilities facing wall of block A to the opposite wall of block B (The satellite view was during the piling stage, so cannot see clear outline of the eventual block bases)

Approximately 34 meters

Is it considered close or standard?

The facilities that span between these two got one full length pool, with terrace, deck, lounge. Compared to other higher density projects, not that close, but it's also not a "wide" distance compared to other projects. The land plot is pretty small, if T2 units were any bigger it would be quite cramp.

The blocks are also slightly offset from each other, so perceived distance might be larger especially for the units that don't directly face the opposite block.

For imagination purposes, a full size basketball court length is around 28m. Distance between T2 blocks are only slightly past that.
