Developers main issue is creating the wrong product in a given location. They will always try to aim for their 30% margin. Its a matter of how they get there - dense and cheap or big and luxurious.

otherwise why u see many overpriced property in KV right now? biggrin.gif
branded developer price is higher
location also kena goreng till very high but in the end can't justify the price
