Is this area security not so good?

cause i remember visiting a friend at the condo in front of it has a very huge old china man style gate at the guard house main entrance - & is closed all the time unless car going out etc.??

I think you are referring to One Residence. That condo has 4 sky bungalows at the top, owned and occupied by the developer. The very strict security system is probably requested by the high profiles. But it looks very troublesome to me if i am an owner, every time go in and out need to wait security to open the gate....

This Gate? I think that's just a quirk of One Residences gua. Supposedly got VVIP staying there.

Hearsay from buyers that Trion 1 so far so good, minimal defects. But doesn't mean carry over to T2 (Citizen 2 had much more problems compared to Citizen 1).

Anyhow, now the one big disadvantage of T2 finish early is that have to endure a good 2+ years listening to our neighbor KL48's construction, eh? 😜

Well that's the risk of buying nearby empty land....
anyway I served walk in client to visit KL48, but bought Trion 1, mentioned quality quite bad
I don't believe what he said cuz workmanship is quite subjective, different people different perspective

As far I know given the price point the quality wouldn't be bad, visited Trion 1 outside retails too, so far so good

If T1 genuinely bad then got big problem wor, since Trion 1 is supposed to be Binastra's flagship πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ and housing a hotel (plus rumors about Binastra moving there to be their new HQ).

Quite possible that the buyer expected bigger luxury standard for the price? πŸ€” I saw videos of the residential corridors, quite simple and clean, and the cabinets also pretty simple design.

Anyhow, again I will wait until VP then maybe update thread πŸ˜†

i think is the buyer's expectation, for me I think the quality is quite well done
as when you get keys it will be facing the reality lol
