I tried to walk from the project area to ChanSowLin LRT station. took me less than 20 mins to walk there and walk back.

The chansowlin LRT station will be future MRT2 interchange station.

Ya, it will be scary to walk at night for now..

Maybe after MRT2 is completed, they will improve the walk way? and hopefully binastra land will provide a covered walk way....

This project located sandwich between bandar malaysia and trx.. Will it be a plus point for trion in future? I believe if Bandar Malaysia is proceeding, the infrastructure between TRX and bandar malaysia will be improved..

I  hear  some of the forumers here saying that the road is not safe to walk to LRT

I am not sure which path they took. But today I went and investigate because I dont like to cheat people and say its safe when its not.

If you follow google map's path, yes it can be indeed be abit shady at the time being and no people actually walk there.

But actually alot people dunno that if you cross under Jalan Loke Yew's bridge,  you will reach the shoplots and beyond there, there is MetroMall where HELP College and Imperium International College are.
From the mall inside there is actually a link bridge via escalator towards the LRT.

Even under the bridge, there are some stalls operating.
I don't really know what is the definition of an unsafe area. maybe cause i not "atas" people la...
if looking for guarded gated.. then dont have lor sorry.
So it's abit subjective in my opinion

Investors will RIP a little bit, but the EcoFirst project is not dissimilar to Trion 1 which is also very near. Trion2's "future pricing" price and location means mmg investors have to expect to hold on for long term to get decent ROI

the paling kesian ones are those on Block A who will lose their view

that said, this was one of the known risks since that land doesn't belong to Binastra, and is in line with DBKL's CSL revitalisation plans
