I'm assuming it's residents who have to look for tenants to use the spaces.

Yeah, I'm aware, I mean that cafés in particular usually allow visitors to come in and eat, although that depends on JMB/MC policy on security. Especially strict places won't let outsiders to come in to use the café, but some allow visitors to come in during lunch/dinner hours to eat.

The cafe and kindergarten are just “space only”, i think the usage of the spaces will be later decided by JMB.
