funny story, a relative's condo has many residents who usually prefer the clubhouse/pool showers because stronger water pressure, end up the demand so good that common facilities showers is one of the most well maintained parts of the place

I'm more concerned if the café area and kindergarten area on level 2 will get utilised properly, since it's full residential project with heavier security. I'm assuming it's residents who have to look for tenants to use the spaces.

Do you mean only tenants can use these spaces for cafe and Kindergarden purposes ?

Not sure, usually such spaces in condos are technically are open to public, just that they have to register at guardhouse first to enter which tends to turn off people who want to visit casually so it means difficult to do business.

The space is main for tenanted purpose and usually cater for resident in the condominium and not open for public.

Yeah, I'm aware, I mean that cafés in particular usually allow visitors to come in and eat, although that depends on JMB/MC policy on security. Especially strict places won't let outsiders to come in to use the café, but some allow visitors to come in during lunch/dinner hours to eat.

I doubt the cafe is allow outsider to come in and dine..

The cafe and kindergarten are just “space only”, i think the usage of the spaces will be later decided by JMB.

The current condo I'm staying in set up a cafe 2 years back by one of the residents there. Like what you mentioned, it's restricted to residents only. Seems to be doing OK so far as they're mostly preparing home-cooked simple dishes.

I think a very high chance one of these spaces will turn into self service laundry shop by current trend

2.9 PBB, but my financing amount low and I got large investment portfolio. PBB difficult to get full 90% if you aim for that.

Is PBB as their panel bank? Why they told me no. Only UOB, CIMB, Maybank, RHB.LOL

PBB is on panel, even Trion 1 also got PBB. PBB usually rich uncle aunties so impossible to not have LOL

Alright will try public and see. Personally I prefer PBB & HSBC due to their service.
