I think the easiest is to monitor and moderate the group. Any sales agent or non owner we just kick out. It will be a private group and the admins/moderators will have the responsibility of keeping out those people.

Instead of whatsapp we can opt for telegram or any other app which doesn't expose our phone numbers.

We can also show the SPA with our personal details blanked out except the unit number perhaps.

Agree that an app/platform that doesn't expose number would be good (Telegram, WeChat, Discord etc)

For vetting maybe limit to photo of S&P showing unit number only for admins' eyes.

Thatโ€™s what exactly in my mind, just cover all the information and show only the unit number.

Is there any news about the path/walkway from the CSL residential condos to MRT/LRT will be improved? It still looks pretty dodgy to walk, especially at night (I have no confidence in the shuttle bus too)

Should have Rapid bus also. My place 5km from MRT everyday the MRT bus come on time

No news from developer. However because there will be an MRT station, there should be a bus line for the local area, since feeder buses are part of MRT expansion as per Agensi Perangkutan:

MRT SBK Line Phase 1 to be served by feeder buses

All Type B units at least one free parking lot, selected units on certain floors got 2.

Allocated car park by type of unit -
Type A โ€“ 1 Carpark / 2 Carpark (Top Floor Only)
Type B โ€“ 1 Carpark / 2 Carpark for 40% of the unit. Mostly unit in Tower B
Type C โ€“ 2 carpark

Spoke with agent, Type C all 2 car park.

Listed the "selected" A/B/B1 units with 2 car parks, everyone else 1 car park:

Tower A:
Type A - Level 43A units
Type B - Level 42, 43 and 43A

Tower B:
Type A - Level 43A and 45
Type B - Level 43, 43A and 45
Type B1 - Level 35 upwards to level 45

Please be aware that there is some tandem carparks. Check with developer for the carpark allocated to the unit you want before going through loan process to prevent trouble.
