i signed SPA few days ago. i locked a unit facing TRX at low floor because i dont mind the view as i want to minimize the installment fee. i asked them regarding HOC package, the agent said they can only provide HOC package for units from 20+ floors above only, any thought on this? so i bought without HOC package. my lost?

Talk to developer direct to get proper info? My friend is below 20 but got HOC. But like me have to pay 1% DP.

Can anyone advice as if the Rooms tiles will be like the attachment picture (Orange like tiles or the Beige colour type) as what i saw on the sales gallery is the orange like tiles.

I asked SA last time, she said orange is interior decorating for show unit only, like everything else except the items marked in sticker. The default unit for purchaser has the beige tiles.

Dont worry, we still have roughly 4 years to save for renovation, with the 5% rebate after minus the MOT (cause i booked before getting the HOC) still gt alittle bit left + Topup own pocket maybe can do decent interior fitout, did ask the lawyer bout whether the DLP will be forfeit if we do interior renovation but havent get back to me.

usually they recommend you do all defect claims before starting reno la 🤣

If anyone planning any reno let me know. Might be able to get more people and negotiate for a better pricing ?
