Anyone have manual guide how to shifting gear according to the front derailleur 3 speed? Mine have 8 speed derailleur behind, sometimes I use biggest front then smallest behind I feel I'm stressing the chain.

This is coil rear shock. Once you go coil, you never go back to air.

I just purchase rear shock air pressure to do testing.

Air fork will be good but I want a coil fork too.

If rich can use fox vanilla with piggy back else just buy dnm RCP2s enough.

Anything from rockshox or fox would be good if you're not familiar with rear shocks. If you're on a budget, look for second hand ones. Plenty of the used new and old models around depending on your shock size.

There are other brands that you can try like suntour, x-fusion, manitou, dvo, etc but there won't be as many new/used around as compared to fox or rockshox.
