first go to bike mod shop to discuss head porting method wif boss,
second, go to car mod shop to learn from a pro on valve porting, air intake mod and suspension setup.

I forgot to save your number during our first meet up. Really sorry that I can't inform you on time.

if not mistaken racing footrest mostly hook up, just like clutch bike smile.gif

as there's no stock at shop eventhough I've already placed the order 2 weeks ago doh.gif

it's the same without footrest.
1st gear down
2nd,3rd,4th up.

to Neutral
Step down half on 2nd gear
or
Hit up half way from 1st gear

for ES only.

Without clutch is

1,2,3,4 up

4,3,2,1 down

actually any comment that said it will slowing down ur topspeed is crap. most of user will simply install it without doing any setting on their carb. since the airflow much more free after installing aftermarket exhaust, they need to adjust air-oil mixture... biggrin.gif

From what I observed, the inner diameter of NOB1 SSS is abt 1.2" in diameter, but the outer diameter to release the exhaust gas suddenly grows big. This cause the airflow not smooth near the exit and may cause high rpm power to drop.

For stock camshaft, adding 2 inches length pipe at the tail of NOB1 SSS exhaust pipe can increase high rpm power. The pipe must have the same inner diameter of ~1.2". Top speed should increase with this simple mod. I am still finding a correctly size short pipe. So far only found PVC pipe, no metal pipe sad.gif sad.gif

anyway, from my experience, using NOB1 SSS increased overall low, mid range torque. high rpm power increased just a little, so top speed won't increase.

Sometimes, maybe the rider's air filter is too dirty and does not allow more air to go into engine. changed to higher flow NOB1 SSS increase exhaust gas flow. Like that sure die. Imagine la, if we breath out too much, but breath in a little, how is the feeling? Engine feels the same man, like that how to produce power? tongue.gif

usually JPJ wont check through ur inner bike. CDI installed inside ur fairing. unless ur bike's appearance looks like autoshow bike, which will make JPJ suspicious and going all over ur bike... biggrin.gif

damn, can't make it to Automech at UITM shah alam today. got a lot of work to do today eventhough it is my restday...sad.gif thinking of going to check out kom135.com booth there, today they should have a few koso meter to be sold. maybe i should finish my work earlier so i can join lc135 konvoi there...frustrated~ doh.gif
