This is mine.

Modification done:
70/90 Dunlop TT900 (F) and 90/80 Dunlop TT900 ®. Rear tyre is 10mm wider than stock.
Final gear ratio from 15-39 (2.600) to 12-34 (2.833). Lighter gears allow lower power loss from engine to rear wheel. I've also sacrificed 10% top speed for 10% acceleration gain. Heck, 160kph is too fast on urban driving. Currently top at 140kph, but acceleration is pretty good.

Plans: B.R.T. dual band adjustable racing CDI, K&N Air Filter, ABM Exhaust (looks like stock, police tak tangkap).

kurtkob78, it is 160kph on speedo. Measured side by side with car speedo is around 130kph. 140kph on speedo, actual speed is about 120kph.

hihihehe, how bad is fz150i performance? I thought it has 15 horses?

One police go and stop me at the road block, just because I changed the 3 lamps to white color (1 big and 2 small). Not even HID. After some chit chat, I am free to go.

simplyting, I heard there are a lot of good mod shops around Sepang area. You can give a try wink.gif

For daily riding (more urban riding), I increase the gear ratio for more acceleration and less top speed. Currently top near to 140kph. Sprocket changed from 15-39 to 12-34.

1st gear 10000rpm = 40kph
2nd gear 10000rpm = 75kph
3rd gear 9200rpm = 105kph
4th gear 9000rpm = 138 - 139kph

I've changed to racing CDI, setting the limiter to 10,000rpm. 3rd gear can't go 10000rpm because the air drag is too high. I dunno "superman" style tongue.gif

yeah, i found that LC tyre habis cepat!!! last time when i ride EX5, 1 year liao the tyre still very nice, hahaha.

Bigger bike usually has more accurate speedo. I side by side with EX5 before, speedo oso sama ciplak.

btw, i have contacts if you guys wanna buy Racing CDI. I got it for 370 bucks only include shipping. See an increase of 10% BHP from dyno jet graph.

Expensive one oso got la, that one canggih, u can tune the firing angle at various RPM.

I am using it right now. Bintang Racing Team (BRT) dual band smart click. You have 2 mode to choose from - Acceleration / top speed. Can change on the fly even when you half way running. FC almost same, but full throttle gives u more power.

Sorry I dunno what is the greatest potential in top speed, because I've changed my sprocket to close transmission for tight corner hill run. I would say it easily hits 140kph (my max rpm).

yes. I set the max at 10,000rpm from the CDI. The engine will have "klik klik klik" sound due to valve floating at 140kph.

What is your current top speed?

I guess your engine is around 8000rpm using that sprocket combination. I got a dyno chart on the stock 135LC engine, the power curve beyond 7500rpm is pretty unstable and ripples a lot. Need some minor mod to smoothen the top range power.

Stock CDI limits the RPM at 9000rpm, but our engine can take it up to 10,000rpm. Beyond that you'll need a stage 1 camshaft modification to go 11,000rpm. We still have stage 2, 3 upgrade along with crankshaft and valve spring modification. Imagine the potential wink.gif

I am just estimating the RPM using some formula calculations. Heard that KOSO RPM meter is cool. I dunno how about RacingBoy's meter.

Anyway, just wondering who modded 135LC bike ady? Care to share what modifications you guys have done? Thanks

Hi,can anyone post up ur recently modify Lc135 kah ?
last friday i went JB.....alot MOded LC135 .
*
JB memang banyak modded LC. Many motorcylist there play drag race after work (from singapore to JB). My brother-in-law oso play, but in EX5 modded. I heard they have categories, honda race honda, Yamaha race Yamaha, but 135LC strictly for 135LC only (too powerful for other 4-stroke kapcai tongue.gif). 2-strokers are in another league.

I've modded the CDi, Iridium spark plug and sprocket. My denso is 1u27, seems like size not ngam with stock 1u24. however, it is still working. Dunno it will cause any damage in long term or not. Anyone care to help?

Hie dude can i ask how much is this 2 item?
Iridium spark plug and sprocket. denso is 1u27
please pm me the price for both of this item..i can just plug it dun need to cut or modified my space rite?
*
Iridium spark plug, Rm45, Penang Racingmate. No nit to modify, just plug and play.
Sprocket change is usually a whole set (unless u cut the chain). I have 3 sets - stock 15-39, 15-42 and 12-34. Each one about RM45. Penang road is suitable for 15-42 or 12-34. It gives u very good response and pickup, but will sacrifice top speed to around 130 - 140kph.

anyway, what do you mean by improving the ignition system? changing spark plug etc. ? hmm.gif

ohh.. icic.
yeah, I mean changing spark plug, use racing CDI and also installing the racing coil. The coil is still on my pending list, awaiting for salary.

thx
act is not my work in this mod
is my bro who in charge of this

ohhh...
got any idea where he did? drool.gif

btw, i think we can take away those sound insulating material in the muffler to make the pipe more free flow. Besides, the exhaust pipe connecting to the engine (that elbow) can ask ppl to custom modify for us. Some advice I got is to increase the size by 1/2" at the elbow and 1.5" at the collector/extractor. There is also aftermarket exhaust pipe which looks very identical to stock pipe. However, performance increase so-so only bcoz they are silent.

simplyting: Jalan Dato Keramat, very near to Komtar, just a few shops beside Hong Leong Yamaha.

salimbest83: it depends on rider style. If i remain the same throttle position (usually 10 - 20% of full throttle) everytime i ride, able to push 10kph more. FYI, i have a throttle indicator.

simplyting, it is hard to find Battlax in Penang. You can try out Dunlop TT900. Max size = front 80/90, rear 100/90. It is better to get low profile tyres like 80/80 front and 100/80 rear.

reva, when are u going back. Can you help me to bring some parts in? I want a racing coil, brand name Hol. I heard it is about 20USD.

It is the spark plug racing coil. Enhance the spark quality. I have a BRT dual band installed, now I need something to boost up my spark power biggrin.gif

How much is the tax?

reva, how abt getting a V-ixion block for yourself, hehehe. It shud fit into Jupiter MX.

salimbest, it costs me around RM400.

medichloreans, pilotjet is #20, mainjet is #105. What do you mean by fitting with 90/80 tyre?
