Sorry I just edited my post. You can also contact Digi helpline to reset the voicemail. But they are usually busy.

No problem, thanks. Submitted thru apps already. Yeah, seems impossible to speak to CS.

It's been really frustrating to deal with Digi, especially the customer service which is impossible to reach. Response on messages is usually copy&paste, and doesn't address specific query. Also, the convoluting reloads price, validity, and plans, hidden cost, and drip pricing (e.g. port-in fee extra RM10 not shown upfront).

So, what is the best basic prepaid plan should I consider porting to next? I only need a few GB data/month, doesn't matter 5G or not.

Thanks!

I think for 30 days only because from Digi app it says expire in, as opposed to renews in, for normal quota

There is one thing I am confused about as didnt use prepaid for long time.

I took the RM25 kuning plan and upon sim activation, I reloaded RM30. Shouldn't my credit balance = RM30 then? At digi app > Usage, it shows my balance is RM4.10 (90 cents wasted on voicemall).

Then next month when I reload RM30, it will show RM34.10 balance or still RM4.10?

Any one know the answer?

Current credit RM12.34, expiry 2 jun
Internet plan RM25.00 per month and renew at 30 may
You reload at 25 may RM30, credit balance will RM42.34, expiry 25 jun
And on 30 may auto renew will become RM17.34, if plan come with always active, acc expiry will auto extend to 29 jun

Above just example for auto renew internet plan, does not include other usage

So means when i activated my sim this morning and prompted to reload RM30, RM25 of it goes into the internet plan. Hmm, prepaid is so much different from the old days.

have been long time i did not buy new number, so i dunno new sim card come with how many credit,
if come with RM5, voice mail wasted RM0.90, you reload RM30 mean RM34.10, subscribe monthly RM25, balance will RM9.10 for other usage
does not mean new sim card you buy at RM10, it come will RM10 credit

so if next time you reload RM30, mean RM39.10 (if you did not use for other usage), when plan auto renew RM25, balance is RM14.10

Keeping my old number and ported in. The sim card doesn't seem to come with any credit. I reloaded RM30. RM25 goes into plan, balance RM5. Then wasted 90 cents to voicemail, so current credit is RM4.10. I think this is how it works. Means everytime I reload in future, part of it will be used for the plan (i havent check mine is auto renew or not).

This is different from the olden days. Where reload RM30, still have RM30 balance. Then will deduct any call/sms. That is how my dad's xpax credit now is RM700+ as keep reloading RM30. Maybe need to find out if can use the use the existing credit to reload.

There's a reason why it is called prepaid Edisi Kuning 25. If they don't deduct that rm25 how do you expect to have data for the plan? If you wish to remain like the olden days whereby reload RM30, still have RM30 balance, you have to find prepaid that is on pay per use plan.

The RM25 subscription is an auto-renewing add-on. If you unsubscribe while your line is still active, it will not renew when you reload. However, unsubscribe is immediate so you need to do it on the last day before renewal is due.

Hi, my port in to Digi prepaid is completed. For this plan, I just need to reload RM25
Monthly instead of RM30?

Also, how to remove the red hot at the phone app? It indicates Voicemail but after clicking it is still there and charge me 30 cents. i already deactivated voicemail on digi but red dot still there.

Thank you
...

That stupid voicemail red dot. I got that when I ported from Maxis to Digi a few years ago. Digi support couldn't fix it. Voicemail already disabled. Lived with it for 2 years until I got a new phone which fixed the problem.

Then changed to CD5G Kuning this year and voicemail was re-enabled. No red dot problem but I can't seem to disable it. Tried USSD and raising a ticket with Digi. I just left it enabled for now since IOS Visual Voicemail and Live Voicemail is kinda cool.

after complaining to MCMC, finally only after 3 days, DIGI responded to MCMC.

the episode i learn here, when u want to port out from DIGI, make a complain to MCMC.

lesson learnt : never ever join DIGI, no matter how good the offer it gives.

i was still rejected when I try to port out even though paying all the standing, still rejected.

then suddenly the line cut off. and I switch to MAXIS.

had I not complained, well DIGI will just keep on reject. and what else can u do ?

Has Digi stopped offering 10% reload bonus?
For 3 numbers with RM30 top up each this morning, all numbers do not get free credits.
