Hi, I am on prepaid, plan to buy the add-on "Next 15 Plan Bundle 3 months" RM45; must I first have a reload balance validity of the same (3 months) or more? thanks!

It's been really frustrating to deal with Digi, especially the customer service which is impossible to reach. Response on messages is usually copy&paste, and doesn't address specific query. Also, the convoluting reloads price, validity, and plans, hidden cost, and drip pricing (e.g. port-in fee extra RM10 not shown upfront).

So, what is the best basic prepaid plan should I consider porting to next? I only need a few GB data/month, doesn't matter 5G or not.
