If you can find the plan on the website, you can click on the "Switch to Digi" button and enter your details.

Some postpaid plans are not displayed on digi.com.my, so for those plans you may have to physically go to a Digi Store or Digi Store Express to do a port-in.

I will always be with rm28 forever. Do not need Unlimited internet, just Unlimited call. This month got 3gb freebies (5gb+3gb+2gb)

But I'm wondering the new "Controls Line Validity with Always Active" only for prepaid next right? Not for live? I will stick with live for now

Live is prepaid. Always active is applied to best, next and live prepaid. Not sure about other types of prepaid though

Are you saying, with my current live always active package, my line remains usable as normal even after my validity 30 reload ended?

Let say I reloaded rm30 on 28 July and it should expire on 27 Aug. However due to my always active package just renewed on 22 Aug, I still can continue using as normal without having to reload on the 27th?

You can always check your current validity expiry date by dialling *126#

As long as your data plan comes with always active when you first subscribe it, every auto renewal gives you the same benefit of 30 days validity extension

As right now I do know that my always active package will renew around 21-22 every month. While my validity after my last reload will end on 11 Aug. So if I did not reload on 11, will that impact my on going always active package?

I really did not know if this already going on now. I always reload according to 30 days from my last reload. I thought if I did not reload after 30 days, my always active package will stop as well.

Thank you for the info

If your 30-day subscription is "Always Active" it will extend the validity by 30 days. If you had less than 30 days validity just before the renewal, you can see the new end date after the renewal.

ya, postpaid need to be cancelled at center only by signing confirmation

Yes, you can. But only at a Digi Store. Digi staff might try to persuade you to stay on postpaid so you have to be firm.

Maybe got some bugs???
Anyway u see later if automatic renewal or not 😁

so sad, bad news for prepaid Next
my 30days Cili padi internet end now, not automatically renewed, so the renew ... wording in MyDigi APP just misleading. Digi should correct it as soon as possible.
I think the RM35 unlimited maybe also misleading renew wording?
not sure about bigbonus internet, need more Next user to confirm
