QUOTE(beverlykho @ Jul 29 2020, 10:30 AM) If you can find the plan on the website, you can click on the "Switch to Digi" button and enter your details. Some postpaid plans are not displayed on digi.com.my, so for those plans you may have to physically go to a Digi Store or Digi Store Express to do a port-in. |

QUOTE(bobkadir @ Jul 29 2020, 03:28 AM) so rm28 plan prepaid user got the better deals for rm10 cheaper? I will always be with rm28 forever. Do not need Unlimited internet, just Unlimited call. This month got 3gb freebies (5gb+3gb+2gb)(5gb+6gb+2gb)all usage + 30gb(1gb daily) + unlimited call for rm28 But I'm wondering the new "Controls Line Validity with Always Active" only for prepaid next right? Not for live? I will stick with live for now This post has been edited by hitch80: Jul 29 2020, 04:27 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

Not sure about other types of prepaid though Are you saying, with my current live always active package, my line remains usable as normal even after my validity 30 reload ended?Let say I reloaded rm30 on 28 July and it should expire on 27 Aug. However due to my always active package just renewed on 22 Aug, I still can continue using as normal without having to reload on the 27th? |

As long as your data plan comes with always active when you first subscribe it, every auto renewal gives you the same benefit of 30 days validity extensionLet say I reloaded rm30 on 28 July and it should expire on 27 Aug. QUOTE(tympg @ Jul 29 2020, 04:48 PM) As right now I do know that my always active package will renew around 21-22 every month. While my validity after my last reload will end on 11 Aug. So if I did not reload on 11, will that impact my on going always active package?QUOTE(ohtheirony @ Jul 29 2020, 04:49 PM) As long as your data plan comes with always active when you first subscribe it, every auto renewal gives you the same benefit of 30 days validity extension I really did not know if this already going on now. I always reload according to 30 days from my last reload. I thought if I did not reload after 30 days, my always active package will stop as well.Thank you for the info |

If you had less than 30 days validity just before the renewal, you can see the new end date after the renewal. |

Yes, you can. But only at a Digi Store. Digi staff might try to persuade you to stay on postpaid so you have to be firm. HippyTony liked this post

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jul 24 2020, 02:23 PM) so sad, bad news for prepaid Nextmy 30days Cili padi internet end now, not automatically renewed, so the renew ... wording in MyDigi APP just misleading. Digi should correct it as soon as possible. I think the RM35 unlimited maybe also misleading renew wording? not sure about bigbonus internet, need more Next user to confirm |
