QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ May 6 2021, 08:40 PM) I know it says that. But what plan's monthly validity? My plan is a prepaid. Also, if it's referring to the existing RM3/1GB, it is independently subscribed. Sekali it's RM3/2GB/day...and it replaces my existing RM3/month subscription. Or it adds to existing plan? Meaning, it's rm6/3GB/month? |

Dear all, I'm subscribed to the monthly 1GB for RM3 (legacy from BOS).
If I subscribe for other monthly data promo or data boost or anything, will I lose this existing RM3 plan? |

My prepaid 4G speed has been very low recently. Played with APN settings pun the same.
Then realised my cheap high-speed internet subscription that I have been using is no longer available and I was surviving on the free basic internet. can suddenly stop my subscription meh? |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Dec 31 2023, 12:58 AM) I think best2017 is 75 days. Need confirmation though. Hi, may I know:RM1 to extend validity for 1 day. Upon expiry, you have 60 days or 75 days or 90 days grace ( depending on your plan) to buy again before line termination. Prepaid Next is 90 days inactive grace period. 1) how to check if I have how many days of grace period? Will it be shown anywhere after it starts entering grace period? 2) how do I extend validity after it's gone into grace period? I assume my credit balance is frozen, or is it not? 3) If the line goes to grace period status, and I reactivate it, will I lose my credit? TQ |

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Dec 31 2023, 02:23 PM) SMS is totally redundant on my Digi main line. The only time I send a SMS is to trigger the 90 days auto extension for my Unifi bebas numbers. 1) type *126# then add 90 days to your credit expiry date. 2) just follow the instructions I've posted earlier. 3) no. QUOTE(alpha @ Dec 31 2023, 03:14 PM) 1.The digi apps will show expiry date, u just add 90 days from expiry date, u also could use ussd *128# or *126# Thank you both. Much appreciated.2. In the app during 90 days grace period yr credit is frozen, but it allow u to buy 1 day validity to extend another 90 days grace period, u could buy 1 day validity in the app or dial *128#, so to speak to keep the digi prepaid alive, just set calendar reminder every 88days to buy rm1 1day validity. 3. The credit will remain before the line terminated, if u reactivate 1 day, yr credit still there with rm1 deducted. Actually my Q1 refers to how do I know whether I have 60 days or 75 or 90 days of grace period as someone mentioned there are different grace periods. My line is still active. So, that means when the line expires and it enters grace period, the app will show when it will be terminated? |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Dec 31 2023, 08:10 PM) All DiGi prepaid plans have 90 days grace period. When your credit validity expires, you will get an sms from DiGi that mentions: Understand now. TQVM.Incoming calls until DD/MM/YYYY... Treat that date as the termination date by which you need to top up or buy validity extension. The MyDiGi app will continue to show the credit expiry date. Other telcos like Hotlink and Yes show the termination date, though not DiGi |
