Anyone knows whether this is RM3 per month or per day? It's found under box of surprise. I'm currently subscribed to RM3 per 1GB monthly. When I click on the box, it goes to subscription confirmation page, so I can't find the T&C.

I know it says that. But what plan's monthly validity? My plan is a prepaid.

Also, if it's referring to the existing RM3/1GB, it is independently subscribed.
Sekali it's RM3/2GB/day...and it replaces my existing RM3/month subscription.

Or it adds to existing plan? Meaning, it's rm6/3GB/month?

Existing plan was from BOS too, so I thought this new offer will allow me to ditch the existing plan for twice the GB at same price laugh.gif

Mine is legacy plan, with RM38 SLL.

Dear all, I'm subscribed to the monthly 1GB for RM3 (legacy from BOS).

If I subscribe for other monthly data promo or data boost or anything, will I lose this existing RM3 plan?

My prepaid 4G speed has been very low recently. Played with APN settings pun the same.

Then realised my cheap high-speed internet subscription that I have been using is no longer available and I was surviving on the free basic internet.
can suddenly stop my subscription meh?

1) how to check if I have how many days of grace period? Will it be shown anywhere after it starts entering grace period?

2) how do I extend validity after it's gone into grace period? I assume my credit balance is frozen, or is it not?

3) If the line goes to grace period status, and I reactivate it, will I lose my credit?

Actually my Q1 refers to how do I know whether I have 60 days or 75 or 90 days of grace period as someone mentioned there are different grace periods. My line is still active.
So, that means when the line expires and it enters grace period, the app will show when it will be terminated?

Guys, I am using prepaid best 2017. Expiry 15 May this year. I saw SLL offered at RM38 in BOS.
Question: anyone knows how long this offer will be there in BOS? If I subscribe today, rugi one month since my credit expires 15 May.
