Maybe can move to Digi prepaid 1st then see which you need the most like prepaid or postpaid

Can I know how to Validity of Digi NEXT work? I still confused. Top up will extend validity? Since the NEXT15 internet is not auto renew, so i must only purchase after it expired? And cannot purchase one day earlier to avoid disruption?

Sometimes it just disappeared for awhile. Close and reopen your app with get it back or try to pull down your app screen to refresh. This morning mine was gone for an hour or so. It’s back now.

I was being told that now cannot mnp online, can only mnp at Digi Store.

But I found out that Digi Store only selling NEXT sim these days. LIVE sim can only be found at online shopping platform like Shopee.

So, can I buy the LIVE sim from those platform and mnp my number accordingly myself?

I am mnp from Yes to Digi.

Yes purchase the subscription after it expired, not a must but it works for me. I top up one day before renewal.

You can renew anytime, your data balance will be deleted when you renew. If you have sufficient balance to renew your subscription, you don’t have to top up but if your validity is the same day as your subscription then renew your subscription one day before your expiration. Digi Always Active will extend your validity date when you renew your subscription.

From my experience I usually renew my Next 35 after it expired. That is after the balance of my data subscription is deleted on the day of the expiration. Basically the basic data I can still send messages but no browsing or downloading of photos etc etc, that is when I renew my subscription. Btw Digi has been very nice to me that they don’t delete my data balance on the dot. (Sharp at midnight) usually late morning or afternoon of the expiration day.

recently my plan auto renew thn i didn't get extra 2GB that usually give to user as reward...is the offer ended? didn't receive sms on the extra 2GB too

Mine renewed 2 days ago, still got. Check your MyDigi app Inbox.

My app still not showing any signs of BOS. I just updated the add via iOS and it happened!

I just dial digi menu *128*88#, in app still empty

I wonder if Digi will follow celcom free1 gb until june?

If not mistaken, for Digi cannot. You buy a new sim means you use that new number. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

In my Next plan I get my free 2GB (500mb X 4) /30 days in my BOS. I have to redeemed it whenever Digi put it in my BOS. Whereas in Live I just redeemed it one time like before.

True.. can feel maxis reception getting bad recently.. but so far my encounter with their CS was pleasant.
Anyway, will be getting a prepaid card to try out.

For me opposite I was using Digi now moved to maxis and I’m happy no downtime always been good. Download speeds falls below compared to Digi but always been consistent

Celcom annouced extend already?

Digi performance has been dog shit in the pass few weeks at my area;
so often no service at random time.
Now I can't even make a report because the only way to do so is through the damn phone app, and accessing it with other telco constantly kicking me out of the damn stupid app
I choose to pay over RM150 a month for many years (that's pretty darn expensive for my economy situation) so I don't have to put up to all those network bullshit,
but now... there's nothing but bullshit annoying problems in recent weeks.

I certainly hope they aren't doing it on purpose after the changes in the i150 plan and all these celcom bullshit.
If they somehow switched to use celcom network, I am as good as dead here. Sialcom is utterly useless at my area.
