You mean you want to convert your prepaid to postpaid?

You cannot change plan between postpaid and prepaid in the app.

Go to Digi's website:

Click on "Change Plan" then you will be prompted to enter your phone number.

Still need to go to that link I mentioned above.

Alternatively, try to get CS over Live Chat or Helpline 110 to assist you.

In my BOS, Digi offers me the Next 35/40GB. This is awesome if the offer still stand when it is time to renew. I renewed mine 4 days ago before the new Next plan.

You may have to subscribe to their monthly plan and reload regularly. That was my case.

ALL telco and even local landlines does not cover 1300
