I am currently on Digi Postpaid RM50/mth and there is this offer for RM60/mth with an extra 30gb of internet access. Is this an all-time internet access?

QUOTE(HippyTony @ Apr 25 2021, 10:20 AM) I’m using Next 35/40GB unlimited calls. I was informed that since it is not auto renewal it is not permanent. Digi has updated their Next plans. At the moment I’m still getting my old plan Next 35/40GB in my BOS. I have to renew from BOS. Same it's still exists |

QUOTE(raulxiver @ Apr 25 2021, 01:34 PM) hi, im new to digi prepaid live, ported form other postpaid telco, it has been ages since i used prepaid line after 24 Jul, unless you reload, you will no longer be able to make calls, send sms or access the internet. you can still receive calls and sms. i just reloaded rm28 bigbonus for next 30 days validity, but i saw mydigi app main page shows my credit is RM29 and will expire in 24 July what is the expiry means? after 24 jul my credit will be forfeited if i dont use it to purchase any plan? if i reload another rm30, will the expiry extend ? your credit will still be intact for 90 days, so when you reload within those 90 days your line will be reactivated and your reload amount added to your existing credit balance. if you don't reload within 90 days, your line will be terminated and mobile number recycled. do not reload earlier than necessary because the validity period is not cumulative. |

QUOTE(raulxiver @ Apr 25 2021, 03:34 PM) thanks for the enlightenment. understand now if your credit last long enough, reload on 25 Jul the first day of barring to maximize validity, or use the credit to buy an Always Active subscription on or before 24 Julwhen this 24 jul expiry day will be extended? is it when i reload? rm1/day ? but i dont quite get this do not reload earlier than necessary because the validity period is not cumulative. the validity extension starts from the day of reload, so if you reload rm30 today, your expiry date will remain 24 Jul (because 30 days from today gives an earlier date in next month) This post has been edited by dgboy: Apr 25 2021, 06:26 PM |

Having prepaid accounts in almost all telcos, I have to say Digi still has the longest grace period.

QUOTE(NagaK @ Apr 23 2021, 10:45 PM) For me opposite I was using Digi now moved to maxis and I’m happy no downtime always been good. Download speeds falls below compared to Digi but always been consistent QUOTE(shaktiv8 @ Apr 24 2021, 10:10 AM) Yes I agree, and not just speed or congestion issue, some of the places I’ve been going to for years with maxis had bad 4G and good 3G Aiyoh after seeing this 1-2 days on Digi issues and apps, now skeptical pulak.. and I still haven’t gotten a Digi prepaid to test it out yet.. 😇 but appreciate all the input guys. After jendela I think, the 3G is gone in that area, and 4G was still not available 😂 so stuck on 2G But besides that, I felt like everywhere I went, maxis was really unsatisfactory and I needed to buy some hourly pass to use on Celcom even when I was on the unlimited prime plan on maxis DiGi so far only had problems in one area in Setia Alam, was just really slow haha, but nothing compared to maxis issues Just really sad our family not unlimited anymore, very weird feeling and a year of being in prime 😢 but rm100 a month cheaper so it’s ok la |

QUOTE(dgboy @ Apr 25 2021, 08:58 PM) I miss the days when 90 days was the standard for all telcos. Exactly. Celcom also gives 50 days if I’m not mistaken. Among all, Hotlink app lets users know when the no. will be terminated. So that’s a plus point despite shorter grace period. Digi requires users to call 016-2211800 to hear from the automated recorded voice, I don’t think USSD works. Celcom is the worst, no indication at all and users have to manually calculate. 50 days like Hotlink applies is just 7 weeks, their forum here is full of users requesting reactivation of expired numbers. |
