I’m using Next 35/40GB unlimited calls. I was informed that since it is not auto renewal it is not permanent. Digi has updated their Next plans. At the moment I’m still getting my old plan Next 35/40GB in my BOS. I have to renew from BOS.

i just reloaded rm28 bigbonus for next 30 days validity, but i saw mydigi app main page shows my credit is RM29 and will expire in 24 July

what is the expiry means? after 24 jul my credit will be forfeited if i dont use it to purchase any plan? if i reload another rm30, will the expiry extend ?

after 24 Jul, unless you reload, you will no longer be able to make calls, send sms or access the internet. you can still receive calls and sms.

your credit will still be intact for 90 days, so when you reload within those 90 days your line will be reactivated and your reload amount added to your existing credit balance.

if you don't reload within 90 days, your line will be terminated and mobile number recycled.

do not reload earlier than necessary because the validity period is not cumulative.

BUT, check the "90 days grace period" because it might differ from plan to plan. Chart is applicable to any and all prepaid plans for any telco.

Live - 90 days
Best - 75 days
Next - 60 days

Seriously, during a pandemic, it should be 180 or 270 days for all.

Having prepaid accounts in almost all telcos, I have to say Digi still has the longest grace period.

Here is what i found  for prepaid next  vadility  it say

Your line will be kept barred for 60 days.

I miss the days when 90 days was the standard for all telcos.

50 days like Hotlink applies is just 7 weeks, their forum here is full of users requesting reactivation of expired numbers.

If my 30 days bigbonus will expire on 20july and i have enough credit to auto renew but account expiry still at 24 July ( because i reload early)

Once auto renewed, bigbonus next expiry will be about 19 August.. account expiry will still remain at24 July?

For me opposite I was using Digi now moved to maxis and I’m happy no downtime always been good. Download speeds falls below compared to Digi but always been consistent

Yes I agree, and not just speed or congestion issue, some of the places I’ve been going to for years with maxis had bad 4G and good 3G

After jendela I think, the 3G is gone in that area, and 4G was still not available 😂 so stuck on 2G

But besides that, I felt like everywhere I went, maxis was really unsatisfactory and I needed to buy some hourly pass to use on Celcom even when I was on the unlimited prime plan on maxis

DiGi so far only had problems in one area in Setia Alam, was just really slow haha, but nothing compared to maxis issues

Just really sad our family not unlimited anymore, very weird feeling and a year of being in prime 😢 but rm100 a month cheaper so it’s ok la
