Dont understand how difficult to allow Auto-renew on Next15. What is DIGI strategy?

Can I know how to Validity of Digi NEXT work? I still confused. Top up will extend validity? Since the NEXT15 internet is not auto renew, so i must only purchase after it expired? And cannot purchase one day earlier to avoid disruption?

For those who are using Huawei (mate 20) with digi next prepaid not able to activate volte automatically. I put my sim card to another Samsung phone activated and put back to mate 20. I am not sure why. Maybe just me

Thanks to digi for the BOS. I just activated Next yesterday and today I got 500MB free..
 so it is nothing about loyalty and they just give randomly I guessed |

I am using NEXT15 and i dont get 4G+. 4G only. i tried many location still same. I checked Digi Coverage Website most of Penang should have 4G+ already. My speed is like around 10mbps only
