Quick question... My friend that uses Digi prepaid, his VoLTE and VoWiFi suddenly won't work anymore on his phone once he unsubscribe to his monthly data plan. He check at MyDigi app, it shows that VoLTE is enabled.
Seriously, is it compulsory to must subscribe to any Digi monthly data plan in order for the VoLTE and VoWiFi to work?? Daily/weekly/free basic Internet/1GB Daily Productivity data doesn't count?

The Hotspot malfunction has been on and off issue. Hopefully a change of plan will solve the issue in long run. So far so good since the change.

Just bought new Next prepaid pack. The CS in pyramid told me I have to use 30 days before I can get to subscribe the RM35 (40GB) plan. Can anyone here confirm whether this true?

Yes I have been using MyDigi app with my other phone number but under the Next number add-on no 30 days plan or Always Active plan. Maybe that is why the CS said only show after 30 days. I’ll wait for another day I don’t want to waste the free credit from the topup.

Now only one plan available to select, which is unlimited YouTube and social. What the heck digi.
I want to port in but it's seems this will make me refrain from doing so. Chatting with the support seems useless

Digi has a habit of carrying out long maintenance in the evening. budi1413 thanks for your help. After subscribing to the Next 35 via *128# all the monthly subscriptions are now in the MyDigi.

Recently I received strange number which look like is from UK. Have you all received any call from UK?
Today +44 20 3957 8502 1 Dec +44 117 409 0713 Is this something a scam call or what? I not dare to accept the call, scare high charge or any scam. Dunno how they get my number.
