if I change to 38 now then change to 28 after should be fine right? I dont see the 28 plan on the website and right now not convenient to go out.

never tried prepaid before, I'll monitor my usage in the coming months to see which is better, always never bothered since the current plan always more than enough

I'm tempted to try the digi prepaid next RM35 40gb plan. It looks very good on paper. Are there any downsides to it? And will we get the free 1gb MCO daily with digi prepaid next plan?

Call in to Digi helpline 110 or 016-2211800 and tell them to change it for you. I helped a friend to change it b4 in September IIRC.

Hi guys, decided to port out of Digi Infinitez 100 and today received the call from digi tele-marketer.

The lady over the phone offered a digi post paid package of RM53(tax included) for unlimited data+unlimited calls+3GB tethering.

I've asked whether there is an even lower package deal, she proposed a 50GB data+unlimited calls, no internet speed cap @ RM48(tax included). I took this and decided not to port out.

I suppose retention only happened to those cancelling postpaid plan n not for prepaid, right?

it happened to me twice, back in 2018 i ported into digi's postpaid and when they increased price i opt to port out but telemarketing offered infinitez 100 but discounted RM20 for 1 year(effectively RM80 for infinitez 100 from 2019 til OCT 2020). So for OCT 2020, i'm paing for full price which is the reason i wanted to port out and I ended up with telemarketing offering me this 50GB unlimited no cap data+unlimited calls (SMS will charge 0.20cents/sms IINM) for RM48 with tax for 2 years.

gonna check test water to see whether the whole package is what they said. So far in mydigi app it says MI Digi 50 (s)

Sounds too cheap to be true. Have you check if this plan got any speed cap? Can do hotspot?

it's been a while since i last use prepaid package & i hope you guys can clear up some question i have
i've just port to RM35 Digi Prepaid NEXT from maxis
my prepaid balance now is RM0

if today i topup RM100 + RM5 does that mean i'm set for the next 3 months (RM35x3) ?
does the credit expiry for each (RM100 & RM5) affect anything in this case?
