what possible you just want to check your router setting to FORCE LTE, don't put it auto. Because 3G signal speed is often insanely terrible.

if your digi so slow it may be band 8. it take a few minute before auto switch to band 3 high speed
digi band 8 is like webe band 5.

When first 1GB MCO , User complaint cannot cancel after apply
Even call center to cancel, it will auto subs back

Now digi do not to auto subs, but user also cannot
Why need press everyday

lucky me don't give damn about the free MCO 1 GB data anymore...
ever since they restrict the usage...

No more headache daily

Ya, the promo lasts till 30 November and after that its whatever promo that they'll announce. Look at their FB page, one of the posts someone commented and Digi replied on that.

Reload challenge really a rubbish and useless.
The free 2GB for 1 day cannot even being used.
What stupid settings that still my 6GB loyalty bonus for 30 days being utilised, and not 2GB for 1 day

Its a scam .
I just redeem mine 2 hours before the last day it expired, which is yesterday.
Then today morning onwards when I start to use , it doesnt even bite my redeemed 2GB.
It uses my first free 30 days 2GB (not this 1 day 2GB one) offer.

Previously if I activate Free Daily 1GB Productivity, then it uses that 1GB first, before it touches my free 30days 2GB.
So now I have just activated the 1GB Productivity this afternoon. AND they use that Productivity 1Gb first ranting.gif

Update:
I just had a chat with DIGI CS -
They say if I claim the 2GB 30 days , then 2Gb 1 day,
it will use that 2GB 30days first

DIGI, you're good in twisting and turning your data priority quota.
Now it becomes a white elephant.
