Digi 38 quite good. I have about 9 GB of data/month. More than enough as there's wifi everywhere I go.

Hi. I'm currently subscribed to bigBonus RM28 that's unlimited call and 4GB + 30GB, then I saw that there's another RM28 plan on MyDigi app under the box of surprise section but it's unlimited call and 7GB + 30GB.

Anyone knows what's the difference, how come same price but got 3GB more? Does that 7GB plan have rollover data (I know my current rollover will be terminated but currently accumulated less than 7GB so I don't mind) and I can still get the free 2.5GB for music and videos if I change to the 7GB plan?

never tried prepaid before, I'll monitor my usage in the coming months to see which is better, always never bothered since the current plan always more than enough 

Hi guys, decided to port out of Digi Infinitez 100 and today received the call from digi tele-marketer.

The lady over the phone offered a digi post paid package of RM53(tax included) for unlimited data+unlimited calls+3GB tethering.

I've asked whether there is an even lower package deal, she proposed a 50GB data+unlimited calls, no internet speed cap @ RM48(tax included). I took this and decided not to port out.

I suppose retention only happened to those cancelling postpaid plan n not for prepaid, right?

Digi prepaid RM100 top up in the Digi app/website you get 120 days validity plus free RM10 credit. The free credit is valid for 3days only I usually top up 24 hours before it expires to make sure the free credit is used for my auto renewal. So with the free RM10 you are set for 3 months plus balance RM5.

Not for Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited. It just doesn’t work like that for Hotlink.

Just like all the Hotlink plans prior to Hotlink Prepaid Unlimited such as Hotlink FAST and Hotlink RED, existing users on those plans are not affected and may continue to stay on those plans to enjoy whatever features that come with the plan. Hi guys, I have been thinking about switching to DiGi late due to weak Maxis coverage in my area. However, it seems like I couldn't not obtain any information about their postpaid plan on the official web.

Hi guys, wanna ask I have a spare digi prepaid with the RM1 daily unlimited plan.

Initially I just plan to keep the number by extending the validity by 1 day every 3 mths or so.

But for this plan if i topup RM5 = 5days validity which after 5 days will deduct RM1 daily back to RM0.

Does this mean I only can topup RM5 x 4 times a year to maintain this number?

January top up rm5x4 = total rm20
Daily rm1 till day 5 = rm15 left
April validity rm1 = rm14
July validiy rm1 = rm13
Dec validity rm1 = rm12

Total burn RM8 for first year
RM 4 per year for next 3 years

Rm1 unlimited is not able to purchase one.
Im asking him to extend validity rm1 for every 3 months with the remaining credit which top up earlier

He just wanna keep the number, not use the number
