Can't use Lazada, Shopee, Bilibili and many websites.

DIGI supports can't help me at all. I switch the SIM to another phone, similar issue.

Port-out and port-in again... or just leave for good unless there is no better substitute.

Mine still have. Renewal was yesterday 28th 12am. 10GB (30 days) came in at 7am.

2 other numbers renewed earlier in August got 20GB (5 days.)

My Celcom NX25 is receiving additional 10GB for my third renewal, which I got total of 50GB (allow hotspot) compared to the old the new NX25 plan is the way to go after they decided not to give the additional 24GB hotspot quota

Because I decided to port out, so i want to use up the remaining credit. So I make sure the problem is still there, then I buy a 10GB 7days booster, and then the problem disappear. Now I can use Lazada, Shopee, Bilibili, etc. It is deducting the 10GB quota now, it works with hotspot too.

Something really wrong with my unlimited 6MBps + hotspot plan.

DIGI supports are really bad. They even suggest me to factory reset my phone.

Most likely as I moved the SIM to another phone yesterday and it had similar problem.

I told DIGI supports my finding, they says glad that problem is resolved and asks what else they can help me with.

I hope AI will replace all these type of incompetent supports n make them jobless, including those in online companies where customer support is atrocious.
