Hi, I have a postpaid family account with 3 lines. I set the internet quota sharing as i am holding principle line. I just find that i can't do the quota allocation anymore after i set zero to my principle line. Digi apps keep saying i have used up my quota even though there is still 30GB shareable internet data. How to reset the setting? Thanks.

My DIGI prepaid is having issue for past few days.
I uses the unlimited 6Mbps plan + hotspot. It was working fine, but now it is only working fine with FB and Youtube. If I browse other website or use Lazada or Shopee app, it will be very slow or have a lot error from app.
I have also another phone with DIGI postpaid, it is working fine. If I connect to the prepaid hotspot, it can use FB and Youtube smoothly, but not usable at all for Lazada or Shopee app.

Anyone encounter similar problem with DIGI prepaid? I called DIGI but they can't solve the issue saying nothing wrong with my prepaid account.

I don't use the prepaid account for huge download. I only use it mostly for FB, youtube and online shopping app. And it is only 10th day of the 6Mbps plan.

Nope. I've never set this. I think I use default settings.

My prepaid account is working fine now. It somehow recover itself this morning.
Not sure what has happened at the back.

My prepaid account is not working again.

Can use whatsapp, fb, youtube.
Can't use Lazada, Shopee, Bilibili and many websites.

DIGI supports can't help me at all. I switch the SIM to another phone, similar issue.

Because I decided to port out, so i want to use up the remaining credit. So I make sure the problem is still there, then I buy a 10GB 7days booster, and then the problem disappear. Now I can use Lazada, Shopee, Bilibili, etc. It is deducting the 10GB quota now, it works with hotspot too.

Something really wrong with my unlimited 6MBps + hotspot plan.

DIGI supports are really bad. They even suggest me to factory reset my phone.

Most likely as I moved the SIM to another phone yesterday and it had similar problem.

I told DIGI supports my finding, they says glad that problem is resolved and asks what else they can help me with.
