It will deduct from Free Internet (RM) so you'll be left with RM12 free credit.

No idea, it just give me (got one sms) if i reload enough monthly credit

In my case just maintain RM25 credit each month before renew.

SMS content:

"Get FREE 300GB for 30 days at uncapped speed when your Monthly Internet Pass renews. Top up enough credit by DD/MM to enjoy it. Reload now. T&C"

just checked the tnc for the old digi plans. they updated and mentioned that the loyalty bonus for all digi plans will be ended by end of this month.

it seems celcom is trying to kill off digi prepaid plans by making them unattractive to keep. the good only thing left is 90 days grace period.

Hi All, Good Afternoon, I just ported over from another telco to Digi Prepaid 5G Kuning (A02), SIM card got activated today. I told the agent at CelcomDigi center I wanted the 5G NX25 plan, he gave me this SIM and told me to download MyDigi app to purchase the plan when its activated.

But today when I downloaded MyDigi app, I'm unable to see the 5G NX25 plan in the app..

I tried dialing *118# to subscribe to this plan but it returned I'm ineligible for this plan in the end.

Called Digi Customer Service they told me I have to wait 24 hours for this plan to appear in MyDigi app, which feels strange?

Anyone experienced this before? Any advice is very much welcomed.

I just did this last month, the plan won't appear in your app even after 24 hours (took maybe 3 days for me). I had to use the number so I just bought the RM29 plan for a month. By the time the month is up you will see the NX25 plan appear.

Warning, the RM29 plan will autorenew immediately as soon as you have enough credit for it (and when it expires). I got 'caught' with this and burned RM29 (complained to digi and then MCMC and got it refunded). The correct way is for you to cancel the RM29 plan right before it expires, then only reload and buy the NX25 plan.

Yeah well, just scummy telco behaviour in Malaysia, what else is new?

I still haven't allowed my MCMC complaint to be solved, am insisting that CelcomDigi provide some timeline for resolution (what I requested is that cancellation of auto renew should be separate from plan cancellation). See what they say, this should be a simple matter unless they just want to make money from misleading users.

I also fall for this switching plan from 15 to 30, it burn my 45 balance, using cs, they gave me back as 15credit for a month piss me off so much. Didnt know mcmc could do this way, and also next plan are getting shitty every month.
Im glad i migrated all my boomers relative to maxshit, my parent even get free zus and baskin from event lol.

Updated my prepaid around 3am, then at 8am digi told me renewal failed but they already deducted my credit and i can use mobile data as usual, i guess i will ignored the sms since all working fine
