I have the rm25-15 data plan which expired on 2April 23:59. Plan not autorenewed cos line inactive.
Rm15 credit expired 3April 23:59.
When I  realised it on 4April the Rm15 credit gone.
Still got a few more months of free Rm15 credit.
Now when  I want to unsubscribe the plan it said my line is suspended so need to make my line active.
But if I reload to make it active, my credit balance will be deducted rm25 (without the free Rm15 credit) to continue with the data plan. Will I still get the free Rm15 credit?
CS told me I have no other choice but to spend another rm25.

So remember to unsubscribe while your line is active at the end of the plan.

Because I forgot to make sure my line was active on d day of autorenew, my Rm15 free credit then expired b4 I realised it.
Problem is now I don't know whether I will still get Rm15 credit if I continue with autorenew but spend rm25, n if yes when is the expiry date so that it can be used on the next autorenew. Let's say I have 2 more Rm15 credit in total I will be paying 25+10+10, average rm15/month.
Might as well I unsubscribe it n subscribe the new 100GB-RM12 plan.

If i buy the RM25-15 package, does it comes with 40GB or 30GB? Because i just activated and there are only 30GB for now.

Under my BOS has this "reload and get extra rewards!" which reload :

RM10 get 5 days validity of 500MB
RM30 get N/A validity of 3GB

So far i have yet to reload cause belum purchase pin, lol...

Current offers are like this. Best I've seen is 100+20 or 50+10. Also got +3, +5. But now only can use for renewals, doesn't work for carrier billing anymore.

Also note that the extra is delivered in 2 days and has a validity of 3 days so need to time your reload nicely to coincide with the package renewal.

In box of surprise. Yup, 2 days. Usually the morning of the 2nd day after topup. Doesn’t seem to matter what time the reload was done.

But can't locate it at SETTINGS>MySubscription

Depends what is ur usage. RM12 plan does not have free calls but has 100GB data.

RM25-15 got unlimited calls but only 30GB data.
