mine the same. talked to customer service. You need to drop an email to mbbcardservices@maybank.com.my for an appeal

Shopee coins can extend? Couldnt find any.

GrabRewards can extend its expiry with 1 transaction per month. This may come as better card if I am to accumulate lots.

Do not know why but these two cards do not look appealing to me yet though I'm an active Shopee and Grab user. I was so close in getting the Shopee card but after reading the features, I decided not to.

Is there any tips of utilizing these cards which I'm not aware of?

Sorry if this ques sounds stupid, but if i top up rm100 in grab using grab card means i can get x5 points? or its only valid via spending?

From what i can see, unless you use a lot of Grab rides, it doesn't seem like anything enticing.
Unless the monthly grabrewards deals are actually very good?
