What the heck is poslambat doing ? My other orders from shopee (early September) which later than my Grab CC card has arrived and received and yet it still stuck since:

the 6 months i did ask Grab support too after they upgrade my membership but only showing up to Dec 2020.
But as he tell me system only shown up to 3 months, yes suppose will be from card approval date.
So I just accept it, if anything prob after Dec 2020 I will query them again.

yup like what szemeng said, have to refer to grab, but do make sure that you tell them your current GRAB membership status, and then tell them you are looking to move to platinum (if you're not) and then 6 months.. we got cases where it just got extended 6 months, but still not platinum

Poslaju is a major headache, whenever possible I always choose to collect at card center / bank branch. Otherwise, have to deal with missing package la, delayed package la, ship back to HQ la blablalba etc

Seriously? It stuck that long? Because my card when i applied through maybank2u, the address is my hometown, so my card now will be mail to hometown. I called the CS, she told me once the card approved in the system, she can't do anything. Sad

Ask family member to courier back to u. Still safe if u dont activate card or time to balik kampung this week.

Advise to change home address in m2u website.
