just got my card (MBB x GRAB) and activated last week, received the welcome points as well.

May I know the platinum tier is automatically upgrade or need to spend at grab to reach that level, then only they will retain this tier for free for 6 months. I am currently at gold tier only.

Maybank grab card is paywave-able?
I try once macam cannot just want to confirm

btw after 3 working days already, my grab tier still not updated to platinum had contacted grab FB, but they say they need 3-5 days just to process this

Understood topup to e-wallet will x5 points using MBB grab, do you guys know how the rewards points for transaction done via e-pay.

e.g I pay unifi 136.75 via e-pay, but the grab rewards I get is 308. any idea? seem like 2.25? For your information, my tier in Grab is still gold, not yet updated to platinum yet. How to get x3 like what most ppl say here.
