Just installed Deluge yesterday but it seems that the Speed Limiter plugin (which enables you to cap your download and upload speed for selective torrent) is not working  blush.gif

Until the issue is resolved, it seems that i will go for Halite now  tongue.gif

How's Halite's development going? It was extremely lightweight and nice the last time I tried it but has low acceptance among private trackers and seems to seed slower than other clients.

What may be happen is the comcast trick of sending a connection termination injection into the packet. But some ppl say thats not the case.....

is there a way to get out of this?

Sometimes it's not TMNet, it's the user with throttled client fron other ISP that is throttling. Some don't even bother turning on the Protocol Encryption.

My deluge 0.5.7.1-3 works perfect.
