QUOTE(chee_y @ Dec 19 2007, 08:26 AM) Just installed Deluge yesterday but it seems that the Speed Limiter plugin (which enables you to cap your download and upload speed for selective torrent) is not working How's Halite's development going? It was extremely lightweight and nice the last time I tried it but has low acceptance among private trackers and seems to seed slower than other clients.Until the issue is resolved, it seems that i will go for Halite now |

Sometimes it's not TMNet, it's the user with throttled client fron other ISP that is throttling. Some don't even bother turning on the Protocol Encryption.
My deluge 0.5.7.1-3 works perfect. This post has been edited by TristanX: Dec 22 2007, 07:35 PM |
