Its useless to close this thread. Like I said , TMNet can really do little or nothing at all. They can't just block ports. If they do , people will find alternative ways. Trust me , this is where people's mind start to work..

Check my screenshot. Its okay , I can get around 30-40KB/s. But then my maxis will just disconnect afer a few minutes of torrenting. Thats weird

First of all the Windows version is bugged. There are a lot of bugs. Better use it on *nix. Even the OSX Version has lot of funny bugs. I am not complaining at all. Its a great piece of software

Get rid of windows. It runs pretty good on OSX as well....It does well on Linux. I suggest if you do heavy torrenting , boot into linux and free yourself with deluge !

Dont expect to torrent hard. It will be still slow. The most you can get is 10-20Kb/s...Sometimes it can shoot up to 90-150Kb/s @ 1 am..So torrent during 1 am to 6 am in the morning. Leave it overnight

It looks like they are blocking Deluge's encryption too. I think they are employing the methods that RangerRed has just mentioned. I am not sure which one but certainly they are doing it. So again we will have to find a better way of bypassing it.
